At Integritas Health, we believe everyone deserves access to quality, compassionate medical care - without the wait times, the confusion, or the bill shock.

We were founded by Dr. Steve Ramnarace, DM, who is a an Emergency Medical Doctor at a local hospital. This means that whether you come in with a headache or chest pain, you're being assessed by someone trained to tell the difference when it matters most. Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap between free public healthcare and sometimes unaffordable private care, while raising the standard of what private medicine, and especially urgent care can and should look like.

Our name, 'Integritas,' is Latin for wholeness and the root word of integrity - 'Integritas'  captures both our commitment to integrity and our belief in treating the whole patient, not just the symptoms. It reflects everything we stand for: honest communication, ethical treatment, and always putting your best interest first. No unnecessary referrals, no hidden costs, no compromises.

Dr. Steve Ramnarace is a specialist Emergency Medicine Physician registered on the Specialist Register of the Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago. He completed his MBBS at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine in 2013, and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine in Emergency Medicine in 2023, bringing over a decade of clinical experience and a high level of specialized training to every patient he sees.

As the founder of Integritas, Dr. Ramnarace built this clinic around a philosophy he believes in deeply. The name "Integritas" - Latin for wholeness and the root of the word integrity, reflects his commitment to treating the whole patient, and always putting the patient's best interest first. 

With a background in emergency medicine, Dr. Ramnarace brings sharp diagnostic skills and calm, decisive care to conditions of all levels of urgency giving patients and their families the confidence that they are in expert hands.
