Please note that our  windows for online bookings are 12 noon to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 10:30am to 12:30pm on Saturdays (this helps to accommodate walk-in patients who may be waiting upon opening time.)

Instructions: 

1. If you are a new patient, you must register in our portal to book an appointment. 

2. If you are already our patient, please call our office during our regular operating hours for registration assistance, because we will need to send you a password reset link to your email to complete portal registration. As a reminder, we are open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
